A few questions to see if your business qualifies for offset funding.

1- Is Your Business Located in California?

Our training program is dedicated to helping California businesses compete in a growing national and international market. Our training is available to all, but you must be located in California and paying California taxes to qualify for offset support.

2 - Do You Qualify as a Manufacturer?

To qualify you must be a manufacturer, but more people qualify than you might think. For example: coffee roasters, farmers market vendors, woodworkers, and artists likely qualify as they produce goods as part of their business offering.

3 - Do You Identify as a Veteran, Minority, or Woman Owned Business?

Our training program is for everyone, but if your business falls into one of these groups there are allocated state and federal funds available to support these underrepresented businesses. If you don’t easily fit into one of these categories, still reach out. Location, income, and business type may also help you qualify.

4 - Are You a Brand New Start-Up, or Small Company With Less Than 200 Employees?

Our offset training is designed to help new businesses launch into the market and small businesses stay competitive against multinational corporations. Our grant funding exists to help build the California economy of today and tomorrow. So, if you're worried you may be too new or too big already, let’s talk about it.
